How We Price
Hourly Rate: For general handyman work, small repairs and odd-jobs.
Fixed Price: For larger, clearly defined jobs such as painting a room, fitting a fence panel or assembling furniture.
Day Rate: For all-day or multi-day projects.
What’s Included
- Free initial quote (no charge for visiting)
- No call-out fee within our catchment area
- All labour and basic consumables (screws, rawlplugs, sealant etc.)
- Clear invoice on completion
What’s Not Included
Major materials (timber, tiles, paint, fixtures) are priced separately unless agreed as part of a supply-and-fit quote. We’ll always confirm material costs before purchasing anything on your behalf.
