How I Price
Hourly rates
For general handyman work,
small repairs and odd-jobs.
- 50 - First hour
- 20 - subsequent hours
Fixed price jobs
For larger, clearly defined jobs that require multiple skills eg fitting and plumbing a kitchen or bathroom. Price includes general supplies such as sealants, caulk, screws etc.

General labouring
For sub-contracting, on-site construction work.
CSCS Card Holder.
- 160/day
- Free initial quote (no charge for visiting)
- No call-out fee within my catchment area
- All labour and basic consumables (screws, rawlplugs, sealant etc.)
- Clear invoice on completion
What’s Not Included
Major materials (timber, tiles, paint, fixtures) are priced separately unless agreed as part of a supply-and-fit quote. I’ll always confirm material costs before purchasing anything on your behalf. Please note that if I provide materials, a 20% surcharge will be added to cover delivery and price fluctuations.
